These are diffusers that dimm the light the complete surface of the bottom of the shade.

They are placed on the edge of the open frame inside the shade.

The foto's of the articles below show you the bottom view of the shade.

The colored edges are the edges of the shade and not of the diffuser/blender!

The diffusers are opale or pearl colorish, round dishes and made of polymethyl methacrylate or aka PMMA  (hard plastic that fold slightly).
