These general conditions are applicable to the relationship between "the seller" called Lolalilie with its office at 8310 Bruges, Odegemstraat 110 and officially registered under company number 0883.350.294 with VAT number: BE0883.350.294 as sole proprietorship Coen Vandermaes, and everyone who made the purchase through the website of www.lolalilie.be, hereinafter called "the purchaser".

Information concerning prices and products
The information about the products and pricing, as well as the detailed order information, that the customer will find on www.lolalilie.be can be in all moments subject to modifications and corrections.
The buyer has the option to order online via the website www.lolalilie.be on the basis of product descriptions and photos. After the registration of the buyer and final confirmation, the online order is processed. Any order implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale, as well as the price and description of the item for sale. Maximum 24 hours after the order is received by Lolalilie, the buyer will receive a confirmation email to the email account provided by the buyer during his / her registration. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the sale completed for Lolalilie.
Payment by Bank Transfer
The method of payment is a bank transfer. Lolalilie sends you once you haver ordered, via e-mail, a confirmation of sale, where the payment details will be communicated. We ask you to transfer the total amount, as stated on the confirmation of sale, within seven days of receipt of confirmation, to the account: 731-0251191-33 (IBAN: BE79 7310 2511 9133, BIC: KREDBEBB) with reference your order number. We will reserve you orders up to 10 days for you. If payment is still not received by then, the order will be canceled. Alongside your ordered articles, a bill will be send (extra proof of payment). An invoice is always made for B2B transactions or on request (request activated during checkout order), provided that the invoice amount exceeds 15 Euro (including VAT).
Delivery and shipping
Lolalilie will do its best to ensure delivery as soon as possible. If (temporary) stock shortages would result in delay, you will be notified by email of the new estimated delivery date of your order. When this occurs, you will have the right to cancel your order by mailing us this decision with mentioning your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving your payment, we will ship the items to you. The delivery of products shoul be delivered inside the time window statet in the individual order confirmation. We strive to ship the goods maximum 2 days after your payment (this is day of dispatch). Products are only delivered in countries which www.lolalilie.be supports. If your country is not mentioned in the list of countries supplied during the your registration, we will not ship to you. You can always send us a mail and we can investigate if shipping to you is possible. Delays in deliveries will in no case give rise to damages. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may give rise to additional costs. Lolalilie retains ownership of the goods sold until the date of full payment of the order. In case of non-delivery of the goods at the correct address specified by the purchaser after 30 days following the order, the sums paid by the buyer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.
For shipments, we call on Bpost (Belgian Post Office). We use the rates calculated by Bpost that currently applies. The shipping costs are always clearly stated on your order confirmation and billing / invoice document. The shipping costs appear in the billing of your order before the final confirmation. You can still decide not to pursue your purchase at this time.
Collection or pickup
Goods can also be collected at the office of Lolalilie by the purchaser if an appointment was made and confirmed by Lolalilie. This option is provided as an option during the online registration of your order. The goods can not be paid in cash on the spot. Viewing the goods at this address is currently not possible.
Given its role as an intermediary actor, Lolalilie limits its guarantee for the delivered goods to the guarantee granted by the supplier. To the extent that the conditions and extent of this cover permits, Lolalilie will at least limit its intervention to the replacement of defective parts or to refund the price paid without the customer can claim greater damages. Lolalilie will never be held liable for the failure of a supplier of his obligations regarding the implementation of the guarantee, including the event of bankruptcy of the supplier. In the context of distance selling to consumers within the scope of the Act of 14 July 1991, amended by the Law of 25 May 1999, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason within seven working days from the day following the delivery. For sewing fabrics we recognize this right for purchases with a minimum length of 50 cm. When the consumer calls on this right, he must always inform us of this in writing (via e-mail to email@example.com) and he has to return the goods at his own risk and expense to Lolalilie. Articles which - as described above - are returned within a period of ten working days will be refunded. Shipping, by you or by us, are non-refundable, unless they are object of a delivery error by Lolalilie which is recognized by Lolalilie. Goods which rapidly decay can not be returned and the customer can not rely on this right (or Act).
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Disputes concerning the conclusion, validity, interpretation or execution of the contract or of the present general conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bruges.
The parties recognize electronic evidence (eg emails, backups, ....) within the context of sales contracts. The in database stored records in the files of Lolalilie are be kept under proper safety precautions and may serve as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The order forms and invoices are in accordance with the legal standards and are sustainable and reliable stored on a data carrier and may, on request by the buyer again obtained.
